THE NEPALI CHURCH IN CHENNAI IS WELL

The Nepali Church in Nungambakkam High Road, Chennai is well.  I had the privilege of attending their service on Sunday, September 25, 2011.  The 'Testimony Time' was wonderful.  People delivered from bondage and giving their lives to Jesus.  I have a few photographs below:
A great big 'THANK YOU' to AG Nepal who sent ICI Books in the Nepali Language to our ICI Office in Chennai so that we could hand it over to Pastor Raju.  The people are hungry for the Word and they can also have some strong teaching too with the ICI Resources.  Please do keep Pastor Raju, his wife and the Leadership Team in prayer.  If you are a Nepali, get in touch with Pastor Raju Tamang.  His number is 9884163755.  The Website for the church is http://chennainepalichurch.wordpress.com

Shane’s Story

Typical. In his own words Shane Kame was “typical” of many other kids that grew up in suburban Kansas City. But typical wasn’t enough, he wanted something “better” than a clean-cut lifestyle.  Drugs, alcohol, women. All three drew Shane’s attention and he more than complied. He chased them to excess.
10 years ago Shane had an appointment with destiny.  His life hung in the balance, yet he was powerless to do anything about it. It was an impossible situation that only a miracle could resolve.  His friend “Whispering” Danny has shared part of the narrative in his I am Second film, but here is the rest of the story.
